All the ingredients used in the Tummy Snack Bars are commonly consumed general food ingredients suitable for use during breastfeeding.
However it is not recommended to reduce your calorie intake whilst pregnant/breastfeeding.
Snack Bars can be eaten in conjunction with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, proteins and whole grains as outlined in the Australian Government’s Guidelines for Healthy Eating when you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.
