You can access all of the programs you have purchased on your phone or desktop, by logging into your account and going to the My Programs tab.

To login to your Healthy Mummy account: https://secure.healthymummy.com/my-account/ 

My Programs will be available from the list on the left of the screen, and there you can select your 3 Day Wellness Program.
