Check that you are still signed in.  If not, sign in to your account.  If you are signed in but cannot see your points this could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. You don’t have any points remaining – check your Dashboard for the number of points you have accrued
  2. The value of your order is less than $50.  Please note you can only redeem points on orders over $50.
  3. There may be some data stored on your computer from your previous visit to the checkout that is affecting your visit today. Navigate back to the homepage, clear your browser cache and try again.
  4. If none of the above work please contact us

Please note, there is a minimum redemption amount of 100 Reward Points.
