How do I swap to a different meal plan e.g. Vegetarian, Higher Calorie or Budget/Timesaver?

Once you have logged in to the app follow these instructions:

 

  1. Click on 'Meals' at the bottom of the screen
  2. Click on 'Meal Plan'
  3. Under the grey boxes showing the weeks available, click on the drop down box and choose your Meal Plan selection
  4. Select 'Done'
  5. Your meal plan will automatically update with your new selection
  6. If you want to go back, click on 'Reset my meal plan'
