The Healthy Mummy Breastfeeding Plus is free from dairy so it won’t affect mothers or babies who are cow's milk protein intolerant or lactose intolerant as it contains no traces of dairy.

Breastfeeding Plus does not contain gluten grains; however it does contain barley grass. As such, there may be some gluten in the product. It is made in a manufacturing facility that is free from gluten however it has not undergone gluten free testing.
