What is the difference between Whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate?

Whey protein concentrate (WPC) is a by-product from making cheese. It contains approximately 80% whey protein. WPI generally has a higher protein content than WPC and is lower in fat and
carbohydrates (including lactose). WPI is often recommended after exercise as it is well absorbed out of the gut and provides protein to the blood stream faster than WPC.
