If you have a Garmin you can sync it with our app so your exercise minutes and steps are added into The Healthy Mummy App.
From the home screen of The Healthy Mummy App, tap on Activity, and then hit Sync in the top right corner of the screen.
Select your Fitness tracker, Fitbit, Apple Health or Garmin.
This will prompt you to login to your fitness tracker account, and that will complete the sync.
The Garmin tracker information will sync with The Healthy Mummy app regularly throughout the day.
Please note that metres in the Garmin app will convert to steps in The Healthy Mummy App
The Healthy Mummy App will only count steps if the Garmin activity is walking. For all other activity types, it will show as minutes in My Activity Log.
